I think Sec's info was that Zadorov wanted clarity on his future now, Conroy is not ready to commit to anything given where the team is at. My understanding is this request was made after tonight's game. I also think Zadorov was insulted that the team never even started contract talks with him at all up to this point. I can see Z's point of view but I can also understand why Conroy was not ready to commit to anything as of right now. Too bad, I love big Z but it is probably best for both parties if Conroy can find a trade. Hopefully Conroy is patient though, get the right deal, even if you have to take it to the deadline.
