I used to live in 140 10 avenue. I swear to God, there was vomit on the elevator floors every weekend.

I also lived on the 12 floor of Continental Towers 920 9 Ave. We were eating dinner one evening when I noticed a kid's legs dangling from the balcony above. All of us held our breath as the boy stood on our balcony railing, and having seen us, slowly climbed back up. He was about 12-13 and thankfully survived.

That building also sucked when it came to passing trains, but was perfect for watching the Stampede Parade.
