I think he needs to simplify his game. He's not moving his feet, so when he doesn't have the puck he's not opening up options, when he does have the puck he's easy to defend because he's stationary. He needs to just focus on moving and simplifying things a bit.
He's got to stop waiting for the puck at the opposition blue line, move your dang feet.
