More discussion from Noonan on league expansion; the familiar names are all mentioned (Quebec City, Laval, Edmonton and Kelowna), and notes that stadium infrastructure is the biggest barrier. That said, says there's lots of interested ownership parties (16) right now. Also mentions London, UK as a city that has multiple teams in the same metro centre. No mention of Windsor (previously officially announced), but I think teams in Mississauga, Scarborough, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and hopefully Saskatoon (now in 'purgatory') are up for discussions in the near future too.

It really sounds like nothing is on the horizon, which is fine, except that York should fold without a new owner.
