Wow, I can't get over how much Bromley Square sounds like Fenwick Towers in Halifax the tallest building East of Montreal (a Dalhousie residence no less). An eye sore that has basically everything mentioned here, down to the people jumping to their death
(they have chichen wire up covering the balconies so people don't jump anymore).
However on a more positive note the Peanut Butter idea is beyond hilarious
