I'm glad that I'm not the only one that notices and is bothered by this. Now I usually just say "13:00 Mountain" or abbreviate to MT, PT, CT, ET, etc. because daylight/standard is irrelevant when booking meetings across time zones. My extra keypress, although correct, won't make any difference.
