We had a family get together on the weekend and my sister complained about the time change because she had kids, as if she isn't fully aware that my wife and I have 2 similar aged kids as well. People just like to blame things.

If you are having trouble with your kids due to the clock change, it's most likely your fault as a parent for making their schedule too strict such that they can't adapt to a small change in timing.
