TELUS as a company is dog #### and rotting completely on the inside out. But holy #### Bell customer service out east is on a different level of hostile and terrible. I have never spoken to a bigger prick in my life than I had to deal with a couple days ago, and every time I call in to try and get help with making my modem go to bridge mode it's like I'm speaking with the dumbest people on the planet. The last person I spoke to I asked about being able to use an older version of their modem that enables bridge mode and she said sorry I have to get the customer service for that and transferred me to them and I got a message that they were closed 45 minutes ago and it hung up on me. Bravo lady Bravo
