Agreed. Look at the prices too - basically $2 CDN for a sandwich, which is awesome. They're definitely better than they look. If you know, you know.
My go-to at the 7-11's in Japan are the onigiri. For basically little more than $1 CDN, they are absolutely mint for a grab-and-go snack, and fill you up completely. The spicy salmon ones are delicious.
