Do kids even move out at 18 these days? (aside from ones packing for college...they'll be back anyway) I never had kids, but with how expensive life is these days combined with fewer opportunities, that just sounds like a relic of the past to me.
When you adjust for inflation, whats the new number? 23-25? Or younger but just more "false starts"?
