These places have some used stuff so it varies but any time I've been there the stuff is in good quality, plus they do have access to new stuff that did seem reasonable:

But for your specific request, I've been kind of wanting the same thing but then decided I'm going to redo my office totally and maybe get something built in, but I think you want something like this?

For that I found searching for a lateral filing cabinet with hutch got me to similar items.

https://f2furnishings.ca/ is in Deerfoot mall and they had some neat stuff though if I recall it was a bit more expensive

There was a place right by there called Structube that I recall being neat, but I don't remember if they had anything like that.

I hesitate to suggest it but wayfair.ca has a lot of stuff, but quality is all over the map trending towards poor.. I got a desk there I like (though they had to replace it the top was warped on the first one), but the hall tree I got was crap quality and I returned the bar stools I got.

EDIT: Also RGO does have lots and lots of furniture though I think they're geared towards corporate.. you have to make an appt to go and look in their showroom. BUT I did so for an office chair and while I didn't end up buying their pricing was surprisingly good.. it was a name brand chair and they were cheaper than ordering from the brand's website, which was suprising.
