You can sort his videos from oldest to newest, and just go through lessons. His first lessons touch the very basic(piece placement, piece movement, etc.). Admittedly, I never watched those. His lessons helped me when I started to get deeper into the Pirc. He goes very slowly at first, but each lesson is an excellent step to getting better, and learning some of the patterns.
