I don't think anyone is blaming Conroy. The question is, the Flames have a mess on their hands, and is he the right guy to fix the mess? Personally I don't think so, nothing strikes me from his moves off the bat and news we hear trickling out that he will do what needs to be done. Toffoli traded for what he was was poor, coaching hire looks suspect, talk about re-signing Hanifin and Lindholm is absolutely asinine. Could easily be wrong, but hopes are not high right now.
