lol, my son just called my wife that the other day. I think it's like the type of chick who has a special container with different compartments for her yogurt, blueberries and granola. Eats a few unblanched and unsalted almonds for a snack.
Similar to what we would have called granola, but with a twist. I'm pretty loose on the meaning of it, but I just thought it was a funny term and seems to fit the prototypical Canmore chick who bitches about Calgarians.
