Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki has wrested the NBA's most valuable player trophy from Canadian Steve Nash, according to a report.
Nowitzki will receive the trophy at a news conference Tuesday in Dallas, ESPN reported. Nash finished second in the voting, the report stated, followed by Los Angeles Laker Kobe Bryant.
