Trying so hard to be patient, but it really seems like having the assistant coach and assistant GM fail upwards was a bad "plan". .

When it came out that Huska's selling point to Conroy was a switch of the coverage system in the d-zone, and that's pretty much it, I knew this might backfire.
Defensive coach doing a defensive things wasn't going to create more goal scoring at the other end.
And bringing in an ex-player who's body of work is in the OHL wasn't going to be the key to lighting it up either.
You get what you pay for, and this team went cheap to get out from under Darryl's iron fist.
