The team has zero top end. I mean honestly. Who is their best player? I have no idea. Who could get hurt and it would even matter? Again no idea.

Lindholm is easily their best forward and it’s not close. I don’t think people realize how much he’s relied on in all situations, both sides of special teams, and how many little things he does. He’s not a superstar, but becomes elite with a superstar. Next tier is Backlund, Mangiapane, Coleman. Would greatly miss any of them. Then the rest which are basically replaceable.
On D Rasmus is top by a decent amount, but he’s not elite. He’s a legit #1 but bottom tier. Then Weegar and Hanifin who are borderline first pair but probably should be 2nd pair. Then Zadorov, who’s just kind of got this uniqueness and is straight up awesome in his own way, but has limitations. We’d miss any of those four massively. Tanev, bless his heart, is well into decline now.
IMO obviously and very subjective. And sad. We don’t have any superstars and only one guy who is elite in the right situation. We thought we were getting a superstar (Hube) and an elite (Kadri) and they suck. Honestly not to pile on but that really is the main problem with the team in its current iteration - we lost two superstars and got nothing back. Maybe stating the obvious
