If there isn't enough cap space then Treliving didn't have to sign Kadri, that signing was made to fill Edwards mandate that we get into the play-offs each and every year.
It is unlikely we will have a top 10 pick to lose either with Edwards refusing to allow anyone to rebuild and Conroy having no interest in rebuilding.
