As I say above I think both Treliving and Edwards are a problem.
I had no problem with Treliving leaving the team, I don't think he is awful, but also think he is far from the wizard as well. I think he is an average GM that clearly did not have the answers to fix this team.
At the same time I don't think that him going has improved the team, the direction of the team or the outlook. It is obviously early days but the new group (and I am not sure new is the right word) don't seem to have any desire to change paths, don't seem to have a good handle on how to fix problems and have a lot of the same issues as the previous regime.
