In addition to the above, id consider trading Huby and Kadri (both 50% retained) for picks. And just start the much needed rebuild. At 50% retained, those two players would have decent value to a contending or up and coming team. The return haul would be good and the team would suck even more than it does now. Both those things would accelerate the rebuild.
