Seen Killers of the Flower Moon tonight and really liked it. It's a huge departure from Scorsese's regular cool gangster movies, and a huge change in his style as well. His movies traditionally seem to focus on european gangsters and this is completely different. Culturally it's significant and probably not a story that would get traction without his name so it's interesting. How I'd rank his top 6:
1) Goodfellas
2) Casino
3) Taxi Driver
4) Raging Bull
5) Killers of the Flower Moon/Wolf of Wall Street
I think this movie will be remembered for years to come. Really really good. Runs long but I watched it in a theatre with recliners so it was just fine. Just a really good story about greed.
