It's a middling team.
The kind that won't provide any sustained satisfaction or enjoyment. 1 step forward, 2 steps back, and so forth..
Only following from a distance has been a wise choice I think. It's not worth the 3 hours in front of the TV until the group takes a meaningful step and finds chemistry that can carry over between games. Until then, not much point getting too high or too invested in the games.
Hopefully Savard can pull another gear out of these big contract forwards. It's the only way anything will change.
