Plus, if you get the numbers wrong - who cares, it was just for informational purposes. For a goal line measurement you need to have precise info on all of the edges of the puck and the edges of the goal line, through the air. So you don't just outfit a bunch of pucks and have a camera on them. You have to outfit every rink, make sure it's calibrated right, make sure its maintained, etc.
