Except for Vernon, Roy, Binnington, Murray who all led their teams to the Stanley Cup finals in their first season (having played 3 or less games prior).

I mean, that's just off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure I'm missing a couple more, and that's with using the exclusive club of goalies with practically zero NHL experience taking their clubs to the Finals. Imagine how many more there are that just came in and got their teams to the playoffs, or even just had really good seasons.

Goalies coming in and taking over the net with very little NHL exp is not unheard of. My concern with Wolf not getting any regular season exposure is solely based on his size, and the fact he has to play a more athletic/reactive style because of it. He needs to see full speed NHL shots resulting from full-speed NHL plays made by top-line NHL stars. (ie. not pre-season NHL)

Jordan Singleton I'm not, but in my mind, the more used to AHL-speed plays and shots, the more his muscle memory is going to be ingrained to that level.
