Travelled away from the building for 12 seconds, blew up, then made a beeline back to the parking lot across the street 6 second later. Can we refer to this as the magic missile theory? If they had said there was a second missile that failed to launch and did the damage then it would make sense. So far, this smells like bull#### from both sides.
