This example is definitely a good one to point to in terms of the truth being hard to come by under fog of war, but I don't think they're
remotely equivalent in terms of the consequentiality or the degree of misinformation in question (assuming we actually have all the facts on the hospital incident now). I mean, the children in question were still murdered.
