That sounds pretty familiar. Apparently dressing like a hobo doesn't go over well with quite a few of the ladies. My wife is really bad for using the beg forgiveness instead of ask permission when it comes to clothes. She'll come back with 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants for me from shopping and start the sobbing of how she just wants me to look good. Of course if I make her take it back she just uses the money to buy more clothes for herself....And than she wonders why we never get to go on any trips anymore no matter how often I explain to her that $350 a month NOT spent on clothes and candles and other frivolous stuff = enough for a winter vacation somewhere nice.
