Yeah, but thats not really what I was getting at.
Dentists, like Family Doctors, cant really differentiate themselves from one another.
Its difficult to differentiate on quality, you cant really differentiate on price and that makes one Dentist indistinguishable from another.
Similar to Family Doctors.
And, as a Business, to make money they need to be through-putting patients as efficiently as possible.
