Is there anyone/where that will help set up your shoes for proper alignment on the clip ins? Or anyone on CP who is an expert and can help out?

You could try flats and move your feet around until you find the position that is most natural.
I don't find getting expert opinions on the cleat position helps at all. Nothing will work as well as you pedalling and then shifting the cleat a little in other directions until you find comfort with your personal pedalling style and legs.
I've been clipped in since last weekend and for some reason my left foot keeps going numb/tingly so I'm trying to figure that out. Tweaked the angle and stopped tightening my BOA so much.
I went to a bike fitting and the guy eventually old me everybody's biomechanics are different and the fittings can tell you what to do for optimal performance but not neccessarily what is most comfortable based on how your body adapted to pedalling while growing up.
- This might be completely bad advice so feel free to seek out a professional bike fitting. I did mine with Intrinsi as it can be billed as physio therapy for workplace benefits.
