At this point the Palestinians had fired over a 1000 rockets and mortars from Gaza and Israel had no Iron Dome technology.

Not so surprising we see an Op-Ed piece on why Israel is solely in the wrong. All this proves is:

1. Hamas has been sabotaging peace since day 1; and
2. Hamas apologists have been downplaying, the clearly very real, threat of Hamas since day 1.

Once again, cutting off Gaza wasn't even a unilateral move. Both the Palestinian Authority and Egypt cut off the Gaza Strip too.
