The reality is Palestinians worst enemy isnt Israel, it has always been other Arab countries who kept the conflict going because it played well with their domestic audience while the Palestinians always paid the price, the best thing that could happen for the average Palestinian would be they told the rest of the Arab world to pound salt, went to Israel and the US and said they accepted they had lost and unconditionally gave up fighting, asked for economic help, educational opportunities, any thing to improve their ####ty existence, basically grovel, but that's a hard pill to swallow

I actually wanted to highlight this belief as a seperate point.
Most of the immigration happened in the 1920s and early and mid 30 before the war. That's is what the Belfour and white papers were brought into action to address. Due to Hitlers rhetoric and the rise of the Nazi regime those legal actions were actually put into place to limit white Jewish immigrants purchasing powers. The immigration was so high it was displacing the Arabs that held the majority in the area and was put in place not to disrupt the region.
The Belfour decree and white papers actually put a 4 year pause on jews being able to buy land or businesses. Thw imagination was was destablizizing the Palestine controlled region.
Unfortunately, the paper acts were for only 4 years . Originally the arts were designed to not force the Arab population out of the area but as we see in modern times ultimately failed.
After the 4 year period the Jewish community gave no ####s . Slowly the started pushing out the Arab population and here we are.
