It's not widely known until the book Bloodlines which takes place before TFA.
Thrawn knew Anakin (again in the new books) and deducted that Vader is Anakin based on evidence he saw.
I don't even think Ezra, Hera etc know the connection iirc. But Ahsoka confirmed it in Rebels.
So obviously Luke, Han, and Leia know (probably Chewie). Ahsoka knows. Thrawn knows. And so far I think that's it.
