Stevenson was great, I am guessing they have to re cast for that role, which is a real shame, or just complexly abandon whatever it is he is doing there.
Hera/Chopper were great and very well cast. I enjoy seeing where that story goes with Thrawn back now in their galaxy.
Thrawn was well done, but I agree his tactics were a bit lack luster. If the Sisters can find Ahsoka in that debris field, why can't they pin point Ezra down on the planet and just hammer him with your forces. I understand resources are limited but stick your ship over the point and drop troops down, contain him and just literally drown him in blaster fire.
Anyway, holes aside, it was good. Except the ending. It wasn't really great, to many lose ends. If the whole point of the story was for growth in Sabine or for her to come along as an apprentice then maybe we saw something advance. But it was just to hard to tell among the wooden acting she gave us.
I'd still say 7.5/10. Heavily propped up by episode 5.

I agree with your rating and pretty much all of your thoughts. I thought they could have done so much more but it feels like they were told to tone it down so they could milk it for Season 2 and beyond.
A shame the Finale didn't end on a high and that the Anakin episodes mid-season were the best ones.
