I quite like the loyalty at the HC position, but as for the coordinators, it needs to be earned. Tomlin is loyal for the sake of being loyal. It speaks volumes that he's been in charge for 17 years, yet has nothing even close to a coaching tree. No one's coming for the dudes he so happily hangs on to.
The offense is a mess, but it doesn't need to be. They are excellent at drafting and developing receivers. Fixing the OL has been a slow process, but there's some talent. They do have good young players at the skill positions (Pickens, Johnson, Freiermuth, Harris, Warren etc). I don't see it with Pickett, but he might do better with a somewhat competent OC. Keeping Canada was a brainfart of massive proportions, and everybody knew it. That's the frustrating part.
