If that happens, there is still a scenario where all 4 teams end up with 89 wins (Jays finish 1-1, HOU wins last 2 against ARI, and Seattle wins final 3 against TEX). in that weird scenario, Texas, Houston, Seattle, and the Jays would all have 89 wins and the Jays would lose that tiebreaker scenario.

If that's the case then Blake Murphy was wrong on Jay's Talk this morning because they were talking about how if they won tonight they would have to sit and hope either Seattle or Houston lost instead of celebrating right after the game.
Unless I misheard him and he said 'and'.
