Joe Pavelski was 38 last year and put up 77 points in 82 games and another 14 points in 14 games in the playoffs this year.
He's 39 years old this year. Does anyone want to bet against his production?
I mean- there's clearly certain types of veterans that age like fine wine and will produce until they decide to retire and I think the differentiation is that players that play a "skill" game will rather than just sheer "physical" attributes will continue to do well.
And to relate it back to the Flames, I expect Huberdeau to age like fine wine.
