If we took Marchenko and Sillinger, their lineup would still be:
Gaudreau-Lindy-Laine
Texier-Fantili-Johnson
Bemstrom-Jenner-Roslovic
Robinson-Kuraly-Danforth
With guys like Chinakov, Foudy, and Gaunce pushing to make it. Not huge talent remaining but the top end of this forward core is still under 30, so pretty good balance.
Their D is actually v interesting. They have Werenski and acquired Severson and Provorov. That has potential to be strong... and they have Jiricek, Mateychuk, and Cuelemans right behind.
Maybe we could squeeze Mateychuk or Cuelemans out of them too? That would be nice.

Lindholm fits in very well and there have been a few scenarios where teams win cups with high end players on their ELC's. Fantilli has 3 years left on the ELC.
They also have goal scoring, skill, puck handling, playmaking and tons of speed. They could use a 2-way stud like Lindholm. IMO he's the perfect fit to a group of high-end offensive talent.
Guys like Jenner are great but also would fit in the 3rd line role too, so I see no concerns pushing guys down the line up with a guy like him.
When you have a top 6 like that and the cap works for years, your need for top prospects isn't needed anymore. Depth prospects that fill in spots down the lineup is needed.
Their d could be better than their forwards too.
I think Merzilkins will be a bounce back player. Any time I watched them, they said he was playing great despite the awful stats. Their d at points in the season was a mess due to injuries.
