I'm of the opinion that with a lot of 'old stock' conservatives / Boomers declining in numbers as the years go on, and the consistent flow of migration to this province from around Canada and abroad that generally brings a more centrist perspective (especially young people), the 'right wing' demographic is going to be in for more of a fight in future elections - at least moreso than in years past. The Alberta NDP, a centrist party, owns the voting majority of the two biggest cities in Alberta, and that's a trend that conservatives will need to address if they want continued success going forward.
