It's unfair to the player to hold him to a higher standard because he's bigger. Sure, Ruzicka's game would be better if he was more physical without losing anything else he brings to the table, but that doesn't make his game bad as it is.

Except positioning is what we are talking about....no where did i say battling in corners/big hits. (though that would be great as well) He doesn't use his size IN ORDER to help himself be positioned where he needs to be.
Its why he doesnt dress regularly.
