It's unfair to the player to hold him to a higher standard because he's bigger. Sure, Ruzicka's game would be better if he was more physical without losing anything else he brings to the table, but that doesn't make his game bad as it is.
Not playing direct, and not playing on the right side of the puck in a support position ... even passively is a bigger issue to me than his lack of physical play.
