I'm currently rehabbing my 2nd shoulder separation injury. It happened in March and I'll be playing hockey this fall but... I'm going to suck and be tentative because I don't have full range of motion and get shooting pain when I move too fast. I expect this to get better in April or May as my first seperation injury, which was a degree less severe, took one year to heal... the injury itself healed quickly but getting the rest of my shoulder/arm back to strenght and range of motion took forever.

I'm pretty sure Pelletier's 20 something body will heal and recover significantly quicker than my 40 something body though.
