And I haven't said anything about Starfield personally because I haven't played it, and don't intend to. From the gameplay I have watched and read about it looks woefully uninteresting and definitely not for me. Doesn't mean I can't participate in a thread though.

My point was you were far more likely to enjoy those games than I was, I assumed once again which is on me.
I never got around to playing Psychonauts 2 or Little Nightmares 2, so for me personally I can't call them my GOTY. I have also never bin a fan of Metroid or metroidvania games going back to the 80's so that was out and I don't play my switch often at all to be honest, I really only have it for when my nephews and friends come over with kids or when Zelda comes out.
Yet out the games you mentioned, only one actually reviewed higher than Halo Infinite and it was Metroid Dread, by a whopping 1 point on Metacritic.
But I regress yet again, this thread is about Starfield. The bolded comment was all any one in this thread expected. Hell, on page 1 you said "naturally" you were going to check it out on the Series S even though you weren't nearly as excited as some. You chose not to check it out after doing your own research, cool. Some would say you are missing out on some awesome stuff, others would say you aren't.
What was not warranted were your passive aggressive comments about who enjoys the game and why.
