Totally on Romano - gamer or not he should not have shook it off if he wasn't on his game. There's probably 20% of that on Schneider but what is he supposed to do when his closer is that confident? I love to beat up Schneider but this one was purely on Jordan. I still think the batters didn't do nearly enough. Surely on the surface it was a nice come from behind but so many of those were because of errors. You can't rely on errors every game.
Again, Romano seemed mentally distracted for the first two hitters, even then an inside out swing barely down the line for the first hit was hardly a terrible pitch or injury related pitch.

He didn't looks and his hand after that, got an out and then was a milli second away from a double play ball to get out of the inning. Another batter floats one two feet fair to win the game.

The bats took off, as mentioned when the Rays hit the pen. Both of the rallies in the game were with two outs as well so "not doing damage with the bases loaded" is a bit unfair because they got the bases loaded with 2 outs.

Stretching the Rays pen out for tomorrow and a potential WC is just fine too.

Jays are right there with them, injuries or not, so get the playoffs clinched early in the week if they can, get the (silly, for a 2nd or third WC spot) celebration out of the way asap and hope to catch a batting streak and also hope the pitching stays solid.
