We had a bit of a conversation about it earlier. I don't really see any of the DBs doing that on the replay
At 13:40 or so, you can slow it right down.
13 and 22 were both jumping up with the receiver with their arms motioning down, and rebounded off someone's helmet. 31 made a smart play turning around and breaking it up with his hand. That did keep the ball alive, but it was the only option he had to get it out of 82's hands. Then 35 did everything he could to try to knock it down out of Johnson's hands.
