I see Wolf being up and down between the AHL and NHL for a portion of the year, but at some point staying up full time and Vladar is dealt.
Isn't that the ideal scenario?
Why does this have to be fully solved at the start of the season?

Not saying that plan is wrong , but if wolf is playing 20-25 games how many games is vladar playing? They can’t have wolf playing every time it’s the backups turn to play . That’s not fair to vladar. Not to mention who would want him if he’s not playing any nhl games.
For me if he wolf comes to camp and wins the backup job then he should get it. They can trade vladar for a song or put him on waivers for all I care. Also if vladar wins backup job then he deserves the games when it’s the backups night.
