I meant his own filings in federal court.
Defamation and libel court cases is self destructive and hits him and his company in the pockets (See Dominion vs Fox News) which is exactly why our court system is needed. If he's looking to lose his money for lies it's his money.
And again, I fully agree with you on the lying defaming POS.
But we are talking of the charter of rights and court systems, as such he is free to speak and protected by the charter of rights. Of course that same freedom of speech allows him to get sued to oblivion for libel and defamation as freedom of speech is not free of repercussions as a result of said speech. It's the best way to deal with it.
