It appears that a Ropucha-class amphibious vessel and a Kilo-class submarine are among the ships in drydock on fire. This will be 4 major ships of the 30 Russian Black Sea fleet knocked out by Ukraine, which has no major navy assets at the moment aside from patrol boats.
