Buffalo is more than likely looking for someone like Tanev instead of Hanifin.
Buffalo is already stacked on the left side and have a very young defensive corps. Adding Tanev would add leadership, sound defensive play and could serve as a mentor for all of thier youngsters. He is exactly what they are missing.
When you consider price vs needs, Tanev makes a lot more sense for them.
