I’m saying the stats specifically do not support that a majority of Canadians are struggling, at minimum, “a significant amount.” To your first link, for example, the statistics don’t actually seem to support that polling (in the report it notes that roughly 30% of Canadians polled said they were insolvent, which I do not believe there are any numbers to back up a number like that, but it you’re got the actual stat then by all means share).
But the why is absolutely the conversation. Without the why, this conversation wouldn’t be had in the Canadian Politics thread.
