The lease option definitely had its benefits, but it also seemed like something you would want to stay on top of in terms of best time to buy out/end the lease and you’d have to look at the specific contract to see how it compares to financing with interest.
An extra couple thousand vs. financing with interest over 10 years is not particularly worrisome when all your maintenance and repairs are included.
But as always, whether it’s a car, a phone, an HVAC system or solar panels, your best option is to buy outright. Leasing through a reputable company just isn’t that ridiculous compared to financing, from what I researched.
